Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with a paper towel. In a large bowl, combine the 12 wing pieces with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup cornstarch, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Mix everything well with a spoon or your hands until the wings are fully coated.
Preheat your air fryer and spray the basket with olive oil spray. Place the coated wings in a single layer in the air fryer, ensuring they are not overcrowded, and spray the top of the wings with olive oil spray. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200°C) for 30 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, flip the wings, spray with olive oil spray again, and continue cooking for the remaining time until crispy and cooked through.
While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Melt 1/2 stick of garlic butter and stir in 1-2 tsp of ranch seasoning (adjust to your liking).
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl, pour the garlic butter ranch sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle additional ranch seasoning on top if desired, then toss again and enjoy immediately.
