Add 2-3 tbsp olive oil to a pot. Brown 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb turkey sausage with 1 tsp each of onion powder, roasted garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, and chicken bouillon powder. Add ½ chopped white onion, ½ red, green, and yellow bell pepper, plus 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp tomato paste. When meat is fully cooked, drain and return to pot. Add 1 can Rotel, 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, 1 can sweet corn (drained), 1 can fire-roasted corn (drained), 1 can light red kidney beans, 1 can black beans, 2 packets Taco Bell taco seasoning (or use 1 to 1.5 packs to cut down on sodium or get a lower sodium version), and 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning. Stir well, then pour in 3 cups chicken broth (or you can use less, depends on if you want a thicker soup or more brothy, you can also use reduced sodium) and 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder. Mix, lower heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Modify this recipe to your preferences. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
