Blackened Ranch Pasta Salad

1: Boil around 10 oz of rotini pasta in salted water.

2: Chop around 1 cup of cherry tomatoes.

3: Chop half of a medium green bell pepper.

4: Chop 1/4 of a small red onion.

5: Fry 5-6 slices of bacon, drain and chop.

6: Season 3-4 thinly sliced chicken breast with olive oil, Tony Chachere’s Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder.

7: Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil to skillet, add in chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping.

8: Add in 2-3 tbsp of butter and baste chicken in butter until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

9: Chop chicken into small pieces.

10: In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped chicken, veggies, chopped bacon, 1/2 pack of ranch seasoning, and the Popeyes Blackened Ranch dressing.

11: Toss everything together and add McCormick’s perfect pinch salad seasoning, then toss again.
