Cheesy Beef Tacos

Step 1: Cook ground beef and drain the fat.
Step 2: Return ground beef to the skillet and add Taco Seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Cook as directed.
Step 3: In a bowl, mix tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, onion, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and sea salt to make pico de gallo.
Step 4: Heat grape seed oil in a skillet. Lay down your tortillas and add cheese.
Step 5: Add the cooked meat, pico de gallo, and more cheese on top of the tortillas.
Step 6: Fold the tortillas and cook on both sides until golden and crispy.
