Classic Buffalo Wings

Step 1: Season the 10 wing pieces with Tony Chachere’s Spice and Herb Seasoning, Lemon Pepper, and Black Pepper to taste.
Step 2: Cook the seasoned wings in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, flipping them at the 12-minute mark.
Step 3: To make the buffalo sauce, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl.
Step 4: Add 1/3 cup of Frank's Buffalo sauce (or 1/4 cup) to the melted butter.
Step 5: Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl, and stir well.
Step 6: Pour the cornstarch slurry into the buffalo sauce and add 1/2 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning to taste.
Step 7: Stir the sauce until it thickens, adding a little water if it becomes too thick.
