Creamy Chipotle Fettucine

Step 1: Season shrimp with grape seed oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili pepper, Italian herb seasoning, ground black pepper, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
Step 2: Sauté shrimp in garlic butter and grape seed oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
Step 3: Chop Cajun style smoked sausage and sauté in a skillet for 2-4 minutes until done, then set aside.
Step 4: Cook fettuccine in heavily salted boiling water according to package directions.
Step 5: In a skillet, add butter and chopped garlic over low to medium heat.
Step 6: Add heavy whipping cream and heat, then stir in chipotle pepper powder, black pepper, Italian herb seasoning, Tony Chachere’s seasoning, and cooked garlic.
Step 7: Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring, then add diced chipotle peppers and shredded cheese until melted.
Step 8: Add fettuccine to the sauce gradually to reach desired consistency.
Step 9: Mix in cooked shrimp and sausage until well combined. Enjoy!
