Easy Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a fork, being careful not to overmix. Fold in blueberries. Add 10 muffin liners to a muffin pan and add in your muffin mixture (you can also make 8 large muffins if you have a large muffin tin). Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the muffins. Add 1 tablespoon of water to 2 of the empty muffin tins; this will help all of the muffins rise evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Stick a fork or toothpick in the center, and if it comes out dry, they are ready.
