Easy Cheesy Beef Tacos with Pico de Gallo and Spicy Ranch Dip

It’s Taco Tuesday Throwback! These Cheesy Beef Tacos were the easiest and most delicious tacos I've made. The recipe includes instructions for making pico de gallo and a spicy ranch dip.
First, cook the ground beef and drain any excess fat. Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet, then stir in the Taco Bell Taco Seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Cook as directed on the seasoning packet until the liquid is absorbed.
Next, prepare the Pico de Gallo: chop 1 tomato, 1 jalapeño (seeds removed), and 1/4 of an onion. Combine these in a bowl with the juice from one lime, 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, and sea salt to taste. Mix well.
For the Spicy Ranch Dip, simply mix Ranch Dressing with Frank’s Red Hotsauce to your desired spice level.
To assemble the tacos, add some grape seed oil to a hot skillet. Lay down a small flour tortilla shell, add some shredded Fiesta Blend cheese, then a spoonful of the seasoned ground beef, a dollop of pico de gallo, and more cheese. Fold the tortilla closed and cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately with the Spicy Ranch Dip. Enjoy!
