Easy Philly Cheesesteak with Crinkle Cut Fries

Philly Cheesesteak:

1. Toast French Bread in 1-2 tbsp Garlic Butter.
2. Sauté 1/2 of a small sliced white onion and 1 small sliced green bell pepper in a skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil.
3. Season to taste with Kinder’s Salt, Pepper and Garlic Blend.
4. Remove peppers and onions from skillet.
5. Add 1 tbsp of garlic butter and 1-2 tbsp olive oil to the same skillet.
6. Add 7 oz of shaved beef (or your preferred type of beef) to skillet and season to your taste with Tony Chachere’s Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
7. Once steak is done, add in two slices of provolone and mix well.
8. Add two more slices of provolone on top (place lid on skillet so that cheese can melt - optional).
9. Make your sandwich with the toppings you prefer.

Crinkle Cut Fries:

1. Slice one Russet potato using a crinkle cut knife.
2. Soak potatoes in water for 30 min, then pat dry with paper towel.
3. Fry French fries until they are crispy and season with Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
