Step 2: Add 2 eggs and 1 cup buttermilk to the chicken.
Step 3: Add 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Tony’s Chachere’s Seasoning, 1 tsp Kinder’s Salt, Pepper and Garlic Blend, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp chili powder. Mix everything together and marinate for at least 1 hour.
