Ground Chicken Nachos

Step 1: Cook and drain ground chicken. Add in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
Step 2: Slightly drain the Rotel tomatoes and add them to the meat. You may need to add a little salt to counteract the moisture from the Rotel.
Step 3: Add cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
Step 4: Make nachos your way.
