Pepper Wings

1: Season the wings with 1 tbsp Orange Pepper Seasoning, 0.5 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp mustard, and 1 egg.

2: Mix 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour, 0.5 cup Cornstarch, 2 tbsp orange pepper seasoning, 0.5 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder in a bowl.

3: Find a wire rack or plate and place the chicken on it for 10 minutes to let the flour adhere to the chicken.

4: Shake off the excess flour before frying the chicken until golden brown in hot oil.

5: For the sauce, combine 1/3 cup honey, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 tbsp marmalade, 1 tbsp orange pepper seasoning, and juice from one orange in a saucepan.

6: Pour the prepared sauce over the fried wings.
