Three Cheese Jalapeño Penne Pasta

Step 1: Grate block of Cracker Barrel cheese and set aside.
Step 2: Fry 5 slices of bacon and chop.
Step 3: Cook pasta according to directions on box, adding salt to the water generously.
Step 4: Season chicken on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
Step 5: Season shrimp with the same seasonings used for chicken.
Step 6: Drizzle skillet with around 2 tbsp of olive oil and place 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet on medium heat.
Step 7: Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Step 8: When chicken is done, slice into pieces.
Step 9: Place shrimp in the same pan as the chicken was cooked and add more oil and butter; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 10: Chop Jalapeño into small pieces and set aside.
Step 11: Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the pan on low heat.
Step 12: Add in all of your cheeses.
Step 13: Add in Tony Chachere’s, black pepper, and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic; season to your liking.
Step 14: Add in diced jalapeño to the sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes until the diced jalapeño gets soft.
Step 15: Toss in penne pasta and stir, then add in shrimp, bacon, and chicken (or top pasta with meat, your preference).
