TikTok Viral Pasta made with Heart Shaped Noodles

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
2. Boil the noodles of your choice according to package directions. 
3. In a separate skillet, cook 1 lb of ground beef or meat of your choice with 1/2 a chopped bell pepper and 1/4 of a chopped onion. Season to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and pepper. 
4. Drain the cooked meat and add a jar of pasta sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. 
5. For the Alfredo Sauce: Melt 2-3 tbsp butter in a skillet on low-medium heat. 
6. Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream and stir for 3-4 minutes. 
7. Add 1 tbsp white cooking wine. 
8. Stir in 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup shredded Italian cheeses (adjust as needed). 
9. Add two cloves of chopped garlic and season to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, Cajun seasonings, and Italian herb seasonings. 
10. In a baking dish, add your cooked pasta, then pour the Alfredo sauce over it and mix well. 
11. Spoon the meat sauce on top of the pasta and Alfredo mixture. 
12. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the top. 
13. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F. 
14. To brown the top, broil on low for 3-4 minutes, watching constantly to prevent burning.
